No. Our prices are fixed and reflect the market rate for the level of expertise and technology we deploy. If someone offered you a brand new Mercedes for $5,000, your first thought wouldn't be "great deal" — it would be "what's wrong with it?" Price signals quality. If our Tier 1 investment doesn't align with your budget, we have lower tiers with reduced scope. But the price per tier is set.
We accept Zelle, PayPal (business invoice), Venmo (business), bank transfer / ACH, and credit or debit card via invoice link. All payments are processed through a formal invoice. Payment terms: 50% deposit before work begins. 50% due upon delivery. For retainer agreements, the full first month is due before month one begins.

Timeline depends on the tier selected. Tier 1 (Full Infrastructure): 4–6 weeks. Tier 2 (Core Infrastructure): 3–5 weeks. Tier 3 (Automation Core): 2–4 weeks. Tier 4 (GHL Foundation): 1–2 weeks. All timelines begin from the date your deposit clears — not from the discovery call or scope approval. The clock starts when the commitment is made on both sides.
Additional features are handled as a separate change order — quoted, invoiced, and approved before any additional work begins. We do not add features mid-build or post-delivery without a formal scope and payment. This means your original quote won't creep up unexpectedly. What we quoted is what you pay. Anything extra is a separate conversation and a separate invoice.

Yes. Every build includes full documentation and a handoff walkthrough session. We show you and your team how to use the system, what to monitor, and how to handle common scenarios. You won't need us to log in every time something basic needs changing. The goal is to hand you a system you can operate confidently — not create dependency on us for every little thing. For more complex modifications, we're available under a retainer or as a separate engagement.

11. Client Responsibility Notice

CopyProMedia builds and deploys automation systems, AI tools, and business infrastructure on behalf of client businesses. Once a system is delivered and handed off, the client business is solely responsible for ensuring their use of that system complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including but not limited to TCPA, CCPA, CPRA, and any AI disclosure requirements applicable in their jurisdiction.

CopyProMedia is not responsible for how clients use delivered systems after handoff, including any compliance obligations that arise from their deployment of AI tools, automated messaging, or data processing with their own customers.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, engaging CopyProMedia's services, or opting in to any CopyProMedia communications program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or engage our services.

2. Services

CopyProMedia provides done-for-you business infrastructure builds including automation systems, AI integrations, CRM configuration, AI voice agent deployments, and custom frontend portals. CopyProMedia is not a marketing agency and does not provide advertising management, social media management, or lead generation services.

All services are delivered per a written Scope of Work agreed upon by both parties prior to project commencement. CopyProMedia reserves the right to decline any project engagement at its sole discretion.

3. Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to all CopyProMedia engagements:

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before any project work begins
  • The remaining 50% is due upon project delivery
  • For retainer agreements, the full first month is due before month one begins; subsequent months are due on the 1st of each month in advance
  • All prices are fixed and non-negotiable. CopyProMedia does not offer discounts within any service tier
  • Work pauses immediately if payment is not received by the agreed due date
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

4. Scope & Change Orders

The agreed Scope of Work defines all deliverables for the engagement. Any work outside the original scope constitutes a change order and requires a separate written agreement and invoice before additional work begins. Verbal requests for additional features or changes are not binding and will not be performed without written authorization and payment.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, all systems, workflows, and infrastructure built by CopyProMedia for the client become the sole property of the client. CopyProMedia retains no ownership over delivered work once full payment is received.

CopyProMedia retains the right to reference completed projects as portfolio examples and case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.

Any proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, or processes developed by CopyProMedia and used in the delivery of services remain the intellectual property of CopyProMedia regardless of payment.

6. Client Responsibilities & Compliance

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and necessary platform access required to complete the project. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may extend project timelines without fault to CopyProMedia.

Once a system is delivered and handed off, the client is solely responsible for ensuring their use of that system complies with all applicable laws including but not limited to:

  • The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for SMS and voice communications
  • A2P 10DLC carrier registration and compliance requirements
  • The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) where applicable
  • Any state or local AI disclosure laws applicable in the client's jurisdiction
  • CAN-SPAM Act requirements for email communications

CopyProMedia is not responsible for the client's compliance with any laws governing how the client uses delivered systems with their own customers.

7. AI Tools Disclosure

This website uses AI-powered tools including an automated chat widget that may respond to visitor inquiries without direct human involvement. By interacting with this website's chat features, you acknowledge that you may be communicating with an automated system.

CopyProMedia also builds and deploys AI voice agents, chatbots, and automation systems for client businesses. Clients are responsible for making appropriate disclosures to their own customers regarding AI interactions as required by applicable law in their jurisdiction.

8. SMS Communications Program

CopyProMedia SMS Communications Program. By opting in, you will receive text messages including appointment confirmations, project updates, service notifications, and marketing messages.

  • You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent

  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  • SMS services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older

9. Limitation of Liability

CopyProMedia's total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. CopyProMedia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

CopyProMedia makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, lead volumes, or conversion rates resulting from any system we build. Results depend on factors outside our control including the client's marketing strategy, market conditions, and business operations.

10. Ghost & Abandonment Policy

If a client becomes unresponsive after a project has commenced:

  • After 7 days of no response a follow-up communication will be sent
  • After 14 days of no response the project will be paused and the calendar slot released
  • After 30 days of no response the project will be considered abandoned. No refund will be issued on work completed to date
  • Reactivation of an abandoned project requires payment of any outstanding balance plus a $150 reactivation fee

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith written communication. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class action proceedings related to CopyProMedia services.

Any chargeback filed against a CopyProMedia invoice for services already rendered will be contested. CopyProMedia reserves the right to pursue collection of outstanding balances through all available legal channels.

12. Modifications to Terms

CopyProMedia reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
